Phil's House was built in 2010.
Phil's has been designed and built to the highest heat retention capabilities and incorporates a state of the art air heat recovery system. Phil's meets and then exceeds current (Eco) building regulations by some way.
Phil's has three bedrooms. The first with a super king sized bed, The double room is adjacent to a luxurious wet room, the other two rooms have twin beds and
en-suite bathrooms.
The kitchen, dining and sitting areas are open plan and afford the best views in Lairg.
Phil's has a specially designed drying room. This feature enables anyone unfortunate enough to fall in the river whilst fishing, or just succumb to some inclement weather to have dry clothes by the next day.
Phil's has under floor heating in every area, allowing the bathrooms to be warmer than the bedroom.
