The estate has a variety of accommodation available to suit all budgets. From Lairg Lodge, which sleeps up to 14, to Twinners, a fishing bungalow which sleeps up to 6, and is a short walk from the river, and Reid's a newly refurbished croft house which sleeps 4.

The Lodge commands an outstanding position high above the village of Lairg.
The views from the Lodge are exceptional and give a great panorama of Loch Shin.
The Lodge sleeps 14,comprising 3 double rooms and 1 single on the first floor, with two bathrooms. There are two further singles behind the green baize door with a bathroom, these are useful for children. In the attic, there are a further 3 double rooms with a bathroom and loo and a further separate loo adjoining one of the bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets.
Downstairs, there is a sitting room with fire place and television a video and satellite, large selection of books and games. Drawing room with fire place and a large picture window looking north up Loch Shin. Dining room which can seat 14. Office/nursery with small TV. Small billiard room with dart board and steel gun safe. Laundry room for the use of the housekeeper. Large kitchen with Aga, electric cooker, microwave, and large fridge. In the pantry are the deepfreeze, ice maker, dish washer and secondary sink. There is also an indoor dry goods larder. An additional outside cool larder is situated by the kitchen door. The Lodge has an efficient and spacious drying room. There is a downstairs cloakroom and the front porch makes a good place to hang coats etc.
The Lodge is staffed by a house keeper, who will make and turn down beds and turn on electric blankets if required., do the fires, and general house cleaning duties. A cook and assistant will be arranged on booking.Twinners

TWINNERS COTTAGE.
The bungalow is on station road going out of the village, below the lower Shin Dam. It is quiet and tenants can walk to the river.

description of the accommodation:-

double bedrooms - 2 with twin beds, 1 with 5ft double bed.
This is a large room that incorporates the dining room.
There is a fireplace and logs are available from the caretaker.
The dining room table seats 6 people comfortably and can be
extended. A glass door leads from the dining room into the sun
room. The sitting room has 2 large sofas and two arm chairs.
There is a card table for bridge players.
Sun
room
Provides a view of the river and houses the tumble dryer and gives access to the garden.
Bathroom
Recently refurbished with bath and loo and heated towel rail. There is also another separate loo.
Kitchen
This
has also been recently improved. There is an electric cooker with a grill,
fridge, dish washer for 8 place settings and double sink with drainer.
Drying
facilities
There is a hot cupboard just inside the back door, which might help if someone falls in!
Dogs
Dogs
should be utterly reliable in the house and any damage caused by them will have
to be paid for. Please use the shovel provided to clear up after your dogs
in the garden or drive!! In principle the owners are happy to allow tenants to
bring their dogs but please use common sense as to their cleanliness.
NO DOGS ON BEDS OR FURNITURE.
TV.
There is no television/video or radio.
Telephone
There is a coin-operated telephone for the use of tenants.
Electricity
The
meter is read at the beginning and end of each tenancy and each party leader
will receive an additional bill for electricity used by their party at the end
of the season. (Normally in Oct/Nov)
